Deskripsi Pekerjaan : 1. Occupational Health & Safety To identify, to propose occupational health & safety procedures that is needed by the Company To hand out hygiene and safety guidelines to all employee To hold routine emergency situation simulation Monitor and maintain building hygiene 2. Building maintenance : Inspect building premise to check for and flag maintenance issues; Supervise the installation and the repair of broken building electrical appliances, equipment, plumbing, installation until completion of the work; Oversee the incoming and outgoing shipments of all packages concerning building equipment; Monitor rodent & insect exterminations to completion; 3. Building Permit & External Relations: To take care all building permits needed to the government representatives To build and to maintain relationships with neighbors surrounding the office and identify all possible threats 4. Security: Administer the door access database; Maintain and deliver door access reports as requested by Studio Manager and relevant HR authority; Prepare other administration reports as needed; Propose and maintain building security procedures 5. Purchasing: Maintains equipment by planning equipment procurement and maintenance; evaluating products, service and warranties 6. Other tasks: Advise the management on changes or solutions to improve the office management when necessary; Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
