Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Organizes/participates in team to develop methods to forecast Indonesia Regional Soybeans, Corn, and Copra Production Analysis. Responsible in creating and developing systems / modules to achieve best Soybeans, Corn, and Copra Production analysis in 1-2 regions (from total 4 regions) in Indonesia. Collect and analysis port and shipment activities, which is including export statistic, discharging activities, waiting time forecasting, export forecasting and stock monitoring. Collect, analysis, and develop global internal data that covers Indonesia Soybeans, Corn, and Copra industry. Evaluate and recommend process and/or system enhancements to ensure continued alignment. Supervise and coach subordinates/trainee. Ensure a timely and accurate report of job function. Understand cost structures and accounting practice.

Persyaratan

 
  • University graduate (S1) majoring in Agriculture / Math / IT with minimum GPA 2.75, with 1 year experience in the same area of work.
  • Good in applied Mathematic & Statistic skill.
  • Good Logical and Analytical thinking.
  • Ability to consolidate and analyze data/information and translate into action.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good personnel relationship and organizational skill.
  • Strong Communication skill.
  • Having basic understanding of supply chain principles (forecasting, processing, logistic and operations management) will be an advantage.
  • Experience that makes incumbent able to filter the information.
  • Good knowledge in Spread Sheet Table / Database is a must.
  • Good knowledge of Geographic, especially Indonesia.
  • Position should be willing to travel frequently to plantation estates some of which are in remote areas.
