PT Taman Burung Citra Bali International (Bali Bird Park)

The Bali Bird Park opened in 1995 and compromises of over 60 enclosures, which house over 1000 birds of 250 species.
The park is one of Bali’s premier quality tourism attractions receiving over 200.000 guests per year.
The Bali Bird Park is located in the village of Singapadu, 15 minutes South of Ubud, 25 minutes from Kuta and 40 minutes from Nusa Dua.

Our restaurants has a capacity of 150 and provides simple Indonesian and western menues/ Around 50% of the parks visitors use the Restaurant, now we re looking for a dynamic team which includes:

Persyaratan

  • S1 Degree from reputable university, majoring accounting, max age 40 years old
  • Min 2 years experience in similar position at manufacturer industry
  •  Having strong leadership, strong personality, communication & god analytical skills, team work adaptability & pressure persistent
  • Good ability in spoken & written of English
  • Have the ability to interact with  people of different level effectively
  • Self Motivated & responsible with strong administration skills & able to perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office software, estimate program & other mainstream computer tools. Computer literate & usage of internet is mandatory
  • Additional knowledge in any accounting software & taxation will be  advantage
  • Team player & has managerial skills
  • Living in Bali are preferred
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
  • Grow revenue by providing support to all department
  • Monitor & maintain Account Receivable collection from customer in order to control company’s cash flow
  • Monitor & maintain Account Payable payment to supplier in order to keep company’s credibility
  • Monitor & maintain daily transaction related to cash in & cash out to and from company’s account
  • Provide update transaction record in to historical basis
  • Monitor & maintaining a good inventory
  • Provide reports as requested by Directors
 
IMPORTANT FUNCTION:
  • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of short- and long-term budgets.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of internal and cost controls.

  • Responsible for the preparation and review of periodic financial reports.
  • cruitment of accounting and finance personnel, installation of computer based information system (MYOB/SAP), compliance with regulatory authorities, and fund management / financing activities.
  • Coordinate Manager (FAM and CAM) to perform Finance & Accounting Cycles.
  • Review & analyze management & financial reports of Subsidiaries
  • Prepare & maintain cost structure and execute Financial SOP
  • Process & execute funding with banking strategy
  • Prepare & review consolidated business Plan and Cash flow plan against realization-assurance
  • Control Finance-Treasury activities & Operational Support
  • Review Tax for Planning and compliance
  • Liaise with external auditors, bankers , and government tax officers.
  • Control all contracts with external contractors.
  • Control monthly Salaries to employee
