  • S1 Management, law, or psychology
  • Must have min 3 years in managing HRD in high quality
  • Have ability to adapt the company mission and vision to all company division
  • Has excellent knowledge on manpower regulation #13 and strong skill in dealing with industrial dispute
  • Hands-on experience is essential as incumbent will have to provide leadership and coaching to the team
